BK Royston Book Festivals
Thank you so much for your interest in BK Royston Publishing Book Festivals. Our goal is to maximize the exposure of you, your book and its message to a wider audience, i.e. “Get Your Message to the Masses!” BK Royston Publishing will be hosting Book Festivals around the country in 2019 so please sign up to receive updates on the upcoming book festivals.
As with any venture, we can NOT guarantee sales. But, I CAN guarantee you that there will never be any sales of your book if you don’t get out there and sell the books that you’ve written.

Each author at each Book Festival will receive:
1 table
2 chairs (full table purchase and 1 chair for a half table purchase)

Each author should bring their own table covering, books and accessories/banners/postcards/change/pens. Merchandising that doesn't related to  your book will not be allowed per our contractual arrangement with each venue.  If you have purchased a half a table, you will be required to keep your books and any other items on your half of the table.  Floor banners can not block the view of other vendor tables or MALL property from view. Each author is responsible for set-up, tear down, keeping around the table neat, clean and removing any excess trash from their table. Each author is responsible for their own travel, lodging and meals to an from the event. The hours of operation vary from venue to venue but currently 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Wi-fi and power are extra and the amount for this service will be provided for each venue and will depend on the contract.  

In the event of an emergency by the author, there are no refunds because the lease is pre-paid. In the event of a weather or state of emergency, the Book Festival will be rescheduled.
